Geoff Brunning's construction career began in London, England in 1966 when he joined Bovis Ltd., as a management trainee. Bovis is one of the largest general contractors in the world. He rose through the ranks of the home-building companies within Bovis, working for the company in places as far afield as Singapore, Australia and Canada, before being appointed Regional Chief Executive for South and Southwest England..

Geoff moved to Atlanta where he met builder Ray Stang in 1979.

Ray Stang studied at UGA. His career in building began in the early 1970's with practical hands-on experience as a contractor, building single family homes in Atlanta. He has a wealth of valuable experience in remodeling, building custom homes, production homes and also has the building of a hotel in the Cayman Islands on his resume.

In 1982, Brunning and Stang incorporated
Bovis/Brunning Homes, a joint venture
with Bovis Ltd.

The company built houses in San Antonio, Atlanta, and Central Florida. Projects varied from high-end custom homes and cluster homes, to single-family housing developments.

Geoff sold his interest in Bovis/Brunning Homes to Bovis Ltd. and he and Ray proceeded to establish Brunning and Stang Construction Management, Inc. at the end of 1999... taking over 30 years of worldwide experience into the new Century.

Credibility... Geoff and Ray as part of Bovis/Brunning were selected to build the Discovery House for the NAHB National Convention in Atlanta. This home was a joint venture between Bovis/Brunning, AT&T and Bang+Olufsen and designed to demonstrate the use of high technology low voltage wiring and electronics in housing.

Geoff Brunning has served as a Director of the Home Builders Association of Georgia and is a past President of the British American Business Group, and former Vice-Chairman of the British Florida Chamber of Commerce.
