Completion and Maintenance of Bank-Owned Properties
B&S has successfully completed construction and maintained properties in the Atlanta area for Major Banks. This requires analysis of the condition of subject property, construction completion, asset management for on-going maintenance, Homeowner Association implementation and Sales programs.

Brunning and Stang is working with an owner/developer for the project management and construction of a new Assisted Living Community. With their residential experience, this type development is a natural extension of B&S work and will bring a unique, carefully considered atmosphere to the final product.

Historic Preservation
Brunning and Stang has had the exciting opportunity to provide re-construction work for the Historic Grant Mansion in Atlanta. See our News/Completed Projects page for project details. Again, our attention to a very specific construction process served us well for this challenging project.
Preservation was also required as part of a planned small townhome project in downtown Atlanta. B&S worked carefully and expertly with the owner/developer to incorporate an 1800’s historic home, the Ivy Hammond House, into the new development.
