Eco-Friendly Transportation - Minimize traditional use of the auto by giving residents access to golf carts, bicycles, mopeds and trams coupled with biking and walking trails

Reduction of Noise and Light Pollution- By use of Dark-Sky lighting standards, traffic reduction, tree cover, and the absence of HVAC condenser noise by use of geo-thermal technology, residents will have starlit skies and the sounds of nature.
